I've added rep to the site. Here are the current actions that will earn rep:

Each vote on a submission: 1 point Each comment on a submission: 1 point Each post in the forum: 1 point Each active, non-WIP, published submission: 10 points

I'll be adding more rep actions in the future for certain milestones (ex: if you post a submission that gets 50 favorites or something).

I also plan to add badges eventually for certain milestones (100 comments, 10 published submissions, etc.)

Keep in mind that this is an experiment to encourage people to lurk a little less. If it winds up doing nothing but generating spam, I'll remove it.
